Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Carriers and Transit

Domestic orders ship via tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking numbers are emailed when the order is fulfilled. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Cold-Chain Handling

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit but should be transferred to refrigerated or frozen storage immediately upon receipt per the storage instructions on each product page.

International Shipping

International shipping availability is limited. Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date with the order number and tracking information.
