Quality Guarantee

All products are sold with a Certificate of Analysis confirming purity and identity for the relevant batch. If the product you receive does not match the documented batch specifications, contact support within 14 days of delivery for resolution.

Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are available for products that arrive damaged, are documented as out-of-spec for the listed batch, or were not delivered. Once a vial seal is broken, the product is non-returnable.

How to Request

Contact support with your order number, photos of any visible issues, and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable

Opened vials, products handled outside of stated storage conditions, and orders flagged for buyer misrepresentation of research use are not eligible for refund.
